Every person has a specific history and my objective is to propose a flexible and coherent approach that is adapted to your individual needs and personal reality.
First of all my counselling style aims at welcoming you in a caring and reassuring environment which enables you to speak freely and to feel listened to. I also accompany you on the path of self-discovery thanks to a therapeutic approach based on talking, listening and thinking. We often lack a clear awareness of who we really are: of our behaviour, our emotions, our thoughts, our desires, our resistances and our suffering. To find an answer to the question “Who am I?” I can help you understand how you constructed yourself.
The aim is a greater well-being but also a more lucid and responsible way of being with oneself and others. To achieve this goal it is often necessary to find the link between the suffering of the child one used to be and the adult one has become. Finding this link can help solve current problems and overcome obstacles that can be found on one’s path of life.
This living and dynamic process focuses on the whole being with interconnected emotions, physical feelings and thoughts. It’s a self-transformation process which will help you to become the person that you want to be. During the therapy sessions you can think through your history and issues. Thinking is a precious therapeutic tool as it gives access to the past, the present and even the future. It can also be an entry way to the rest of the psyche such as cumbersome feelings you might want to overcome.
